1. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing or using Grabbit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you purchase Grabbit Premium, these Terms also apply to your subscription.

2. Premium Subscription

Premium features require an active subscription.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe using ExtensionPay.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Grabbit for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass subscription limitations.
• Interfere with Grabbit’s infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or redistribute Grabbit except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Grabbit, its branding, Premium features, website and related services are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Some components of Grabbit may include open-source software distributed under their respective licenses.

5. Third-Party Services

Grabbit relies on third-party providers including:

• Stripe
• ExtensionPay
• OpenRouter

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party services.

6. Business Transfer

Grabbit and its assets may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring or similar business transaction.

If such a transaction occurs, ownership of Grabbit and responsibility for providing its services may transfer to another individual or organization.

To ensure continuity of Premium subscriptions, limited account information may also transfer, including:

• Name (if provided)
• Email address
• Subscription status
• Subscription identifiers

No payment card information is transferred.

7. Disclaimer

Grabbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grabbit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the extension.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Where appropriate, users may be required to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Premium features.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the owner of Grabbit at the relevant time.
